Mk, the chile sauce requires the following:
2 tablespoons of grapseed or olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 green chiles chopped coarsely
2-3 teaspoons of chile powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cumin
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 28 ounce can of diced tomatoes with juice
1 teaspoon of sugar
1-2 teaspoons of salt
The filling for the corn tortillas is as follows:
